Amol is the founder and creative force behind Ruve Creations. An independent filmmaker, published poet, and screenwriter, he directs and curates most projects with a strong focus on storytelling and cinematic depth. A true cinephile, he balances artistic vision with efficient production management, ensuring quality films are made on practical budgets. Under his leadership, Ruve Creations continues to grow as a hub for meaningful, impactful, and entertaining cinema.

Harjiv brings a strong creative vision to every project, ensuring that stories are told with originality and depth. Having worked in the production unit of Balaji Telefilms, he carries valuable industry experience and professional discipline. His inputs strengthen the script, performances, and overall narrative flow. Harjiv plays a key role in shaping the identity of each film under the banner.
Harjiv holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Wales.

Utpal oversees the entire production process, balancing creative needs with practical execution. He has worked on numerous film projects, including several FTII student films, which have refined his skills in managing both indie and professional productions. Known for his problem-solving skills, he keeps filming efficiently even under tight deadlines. His leadership ensures the project stays on track from planning to wrap-up.

Ashutosh keeps paperwork, contracts, and records perfectly organized. His efficiency keeps the production office running like clockwork.
He manages all back-office work, contracts, and essential documentation for the production. His attention to detail ensures records are accurate and available whenever needed. He provides vital administrative support to the producers and director. With his disciplined workflow, the production’s paperwork remains well-structured and compliant.

Gulab is the driving force behind on-ground production activities. He handles transportation, catering, and crew support, ensuring the team’s comfort and efficiency. His ability to juggle multiple tasks makes him indispensable during high-pressure shoot days. Gulab’s resourcefulness keeps production logistics running seamlessly.

Rohan plays a multifaceted role in the team. As a casting director, he identifies the right talent for each role, while as an acting coach, he guides performers through workshops and rehearsals to bring authenticity to their craft. In addition, he also assists in production and direction, contributing to both the creative and operational aspects of filmmaking. His versatility makes him an invaluable asset on set.

Naisha ensures that the film reaches its audience with the right visibility and impact. She designs promotional strategies, manages media relations, and builds outreach campaigns. Alongside her marketing expertise, she also serves as the on-set talent manager for female actors, handling their overall presentation, comfort, and safety. With her creativity and management skills, she bridges both on-screen and off-screen excellence.
Naisha has done her Master's in Literature and is also a teaching professional.

Shreeyash manages the day-to-day coordination of the production with clarity and precision. Having worked on multiple film projects, including FTII student productions, he understands the rhythm and challenges of filmmaking. From preparing call sheets to assisting with scheduling, he ensures that communication flows smoothly across departments. His organised approach minimises confusion and delays on set.

Production Coordinator
Kartik brings creativity both to the film’s visual world and its documentation. As an art director, he designs sets and visual elements that strengthen the storytelling. As a still photographer, he captures behind-the-scenes and promotional imagery, creating lasting impressions of the project. His artistry balances both on-set aesthetics and off-set branding.
