Our Team

Amol is the founder of Ruve Creations and the writer-director behind all its independent films. A novelist, poet, and screenwriter with two decades of experience, he brings a writer's precision to visual storytelling — working in the register of quiet realism in contemporary urban India. His debut novel, The Ledger of Ash, has been submitted for publication. He is the author of four published poetry collections available on Amazon. Under his direction, Ruve Creations has produced twelve short films with five original features and series in active development. His films do not explain themselves. They trust their audience.

AMOL REDIJ

Independent Filmmaker | Writer | Director

Harjiv is Amol's closest creative collaborator at Ruve Creations — the person in the room when creative decisions are made, and trusted to make them independently when needed.
With experience in the production unit of Balaji Telefilms and an MBA from the University of Wales, he brings both industry discipline and creative instinct to every project. His primary role is strengthening the script, the performances, and the overall identity of each film — ensuring that what ends up on screen is as close as possible to what was first imagined on the page.

HARJIV SINGH AHLUWALIA

Creative Head | Acting Coach

Utpal oversees the full production process at Ruve Creations — from sourcing and budgeting through to wrap — ensuring that creative ambition and practical reality stay in balance.
His background includes work on several FTII student productions, which gave him an early grounding in the discipline and resourcefulness that independent filmmaking demands. On set, he is the person who keeps things moving — problem-solving quietly, managing financials precisely, and making sure the director never has to think about anything except the film.

UTPAL SHETTY

Head of Production

Naisha handles marketing, PR, and outreach for Ruve Creations — ensuring that each film finds its audience with the right visibility and impact. She designs promotional strategies, manages media relations, and builds campaigns that reflect the creative identity of the work rather than simply announcing it.
On set, she serves as talent manager for female actors — overseeing their comfort, safety, and overall experience through the production process.
A Master's in Literature and a background in teaching bring both analytical depth and communicative precision to everything she does.

NAISHA ASHAR

Marketing & PR | On-set Talent Manager

Shreeyash began his journey at Ruve Creations as a production coordinator — learning the rhythm of filmmaking from the ground up before finding his true place in the edit suite.
That transition from production to post is visible in his work. He understands what a shoot demands before he cuts it, which makes him a more intuitive editor.
He is now Ruve Creations' full-time in-house editor, shaping the final form of every film that comes through the company.

SHREEYASH DONGRE

Editor

Kartik operates at the intersection of two disciplines that are rarely held equally well — art direction and photography. On set, he designs the visual world of each film: sets, props, spatial composition, and the fine details that make a frame feel lived-in rather than constructed. Off set, he documents the work — capturing behind-the-scenes and promotional imagery that carries the same visual intelligence as the films themselves.
At Ruve Creations, he is the person responsible for how the work looks both on screen and in the world.
